Scout Jacket

Our Scout Jacket takes its cues from classic workwear and gives your outfit a cozy, lived-in feel. Made from a soft brushed wool blend in a rich blackberry plaid, it has an oversized fit, two chest pockets and tortoise buttons down the front. It's the perfect layering piece for when the temperature drops. We love this paired with our Easy Pant in dark denim and your favorite sweatshirt for an easy, put-together look.

Free U.S. Shipping Over $250

We process most orders in 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or U.S. Holidays. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing if purchasing during a sale/promotion. Standard shipping will be shipped using UPS Ground which will generally arrive between 3-5 business days.

Checkout With Confidence

For a small additional fee we offer "Package Protection" which allows you to shop with confidence, knowing your purchases are protected every step of the way. This allows you to return or exchange your items for free. If you're not completely satisfied, we've got you covered. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, we've got you covered. Skip all the back and forth, and submit your return in a few clicks. 

U.S. Shipping & Handling

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Los Angeles and typically take 3-5 business days. If you need your item by a certain date, we always recommend upgrading to an expedited shipping method. Please note this does not change the processing time. For all other orders under $250 standard UPS Ground shipping is $12. UPS expedited is available for an additional cost.

Please note: Expedited shipping is based on the shipper’s service and not when it leaves the Electric & Rose warehouse. 

International Shipping is Available

We ship to most international destinations. If you would like to purchase and do not see your country listed at checkout, please email customer care to make shipping arrangements. Duties and Taxes will be calculated at checkout. Please note, customers are responsible for any duties or taxes. International shipping will be shipped using UPS.

Free Domestic Exchanges

We will gladly exchange your item for you or offer you store credit within 14 days of order delivery. Shipping both ways is free for US customers only.  Once an exchange has been initiated, you will have 14 days to return the item.

Please pack all items in an appropriate shipping box or reuse the original packaging.

We do not offer international exchanges at this time, refunds issued once returned items are received back in our warehouse.

Returns for a Refund

We will gladly accept returns on any merchandise purchased only on this site for a full refund within 14 days of  order delivery. The returned item must be in its original packaging and must not have been worn, altered or washed.  Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method only. There will be a $12 shipping/handling fee on all returned items, excluding exchanges and store credit. Once a return has been initiated, you will have 14 days to return the item.

If you choose to accept over a refund, we will provide you with an extra $10 bonus added to your credit amount. 

International Returns

Customers in Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, and New Zealand can purchase a return label right through our return portal. Customers in all other countries can still start a return through the portal, but will need to buy their own shipping label and ship the return back to us. Please include the packing slip from the portal in your package so we can match your return. Exchanges aren't available for international orders, but you can choose store credit or a refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, select that reason when starting your return and upload a photo. Our team will review it and make it right. The restocking fee doesn't apply to damaged items.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package was lost, stolen, or arrived damaged and you added "Package Protection" at checkout, select "Report a lost or damaged package" in our return portal to file a claim. Without "Package Protection" we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Exceptions Modified Returns Policy 

If your returns are outside our company polices, you may be subject to a modified return policy. 

Electric & Rose merchandise purchased from other retailers must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailers. 

Items marked as final sale or items sold using a promotional discount code are not eligible for refund, exchanges or store credit.

EU Right Of Withdrawal Policy 

All EU customers are eligible to return items for a full refund, within 14 days of their package being delivered. Please click here to explore the full policy, and find the model withdrawal form.
