One of the questions we get most is, ‘are you a sustainable brand’?

The short answer is that we are constantly searching for ways to be sustainable as a brand in all aspects of our design, development, and production. Some may call this ‘eco-friendly,’ while we just like to think that it is part of our duty to take care of our beautiful planet, and to our community. We are so proud that all of our clothes are made locally in Los Angeles with natural fiber materials and that we use sustainable dye processes. Our packaging is made entirely from recycled material and we don’t let any of our fabric go to waste, often resulting in scrunchies and hair accessories. This is what separates us from “fast fashion” companies, meaning that all of our clothes are made to order. Lastly, we love to partner with local, family-owned organizations, like the LGBTQ Center in West Hollywood, and the Surfrider Foundation, that are like-minded in social and environmental change. This allows us to expand our connection to the community, and provide quality clothing to all.

How do I find my size?

We have a size guide that makes it easy to find your size in any item that we sell, and if you’re still not sure you can email our customer service manager Sarah here.

How long does my order take to ship?

We ship Monday through Friday and typically, orders will ship within 72 hours. You should receive your item in 3-8 business days. Please allow up to one week for shipment during a sale. 

Do we ship internationally?

Yes! We ship almost everywhere in the world. To find out if we ship to your country, place an item in your cart and select ‘begin checkout.’ In the ‘shipping address’ section, select the ‘country’ drop-down menu. If your country is included in that list, then you can go ahead and place an order. If your country isn’t included, we unfortunately do not ship there at this time. If you really love the item, we recommend shipping to a friend and having them forward to you. International shipping is approximately $30.00. Please note: We are not responsible for customs fees and we strongly urge you as the customer to research your country’s policies and fees before purchasing. We offer free shipping on domestic orders over $100 but international orders do not qualify for this offer.

What is the Electric & Rose return policy?

We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in sellable condition for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept returns for 3rd party retailers. All sale items are final sale.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

We will gladly accept returns and exchanges on merchandise purchased only on this site and within 30 days of the date received. For information on returns & exchanges, please see here.

What if a style I love is sold out? When will you be restocking? 

Electric & Rose offers new collections each season. If something is out of stock, you can sign up for our back in stock email alerts on the product page of the out of stock item. You can also email our customer service manager Sarah here and we will find a retailer for you. 

What is Afterpay?

Afterpay is wonderful. It is a digital service that makes it possible to buy something now and pay it off in 4 easy installments. Enjoy your purchase right away and pay every 2 weeks with zero interest and no fees when you pay on time.

 What do I do if my order is damaged?

While we do our best to send you perfect merchandise, we're not perfect and occasionally a damaged item is sent out. If you receive a damaged item, please contact customer care within 7 days of receiving the item here and we will exchange the item for you as quickly as possible. Please include a photo so that we may assess the damage and quickly resolve the issue.
