Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges on merchandise purchased only on this site. Please use this form to create an RMA and generate your return postage. The returned item must be in its original packaging and must NOT HAVE BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED. Refunds and Exchanges will be offered on returns made WITHIN 30 days of the shipping date. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card or a gift card only.
*** Please start the process only if you are connected to a printer, if your return label is created and not immediately printed it can be difficult to retrieve later. Do not hesitate to contact us if you run into this or any other issue.

While we do our best to send you perfect merchandise, we're not perfect and occasionally a damaged item is sent out. If you receive a damaged item, please contact customer care immediately (within 7 days) so we may quickly resolve the issue.
Electric & Rose merchandise purchased from other retailers, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.
Items marked as final sale may not be returned.
Exchange shipping both ways is complimentary/free within the U.S.. Please pack all items in an appropriate shipping box or reuse the original packaging. Please fill in the form located at the following link. Please use the notes field to let us know the new item, including style number, color and size. If you would like to exchange for an item which has a price difference we will either refund you or send you a link to pay for the difference.
Non-United States Returns and Exchanges:
We will gladly accept your return from outside the United States, but at this time you are responsible for all shipping costs. Please Click here to request a Return Authorization Form for your international return.
