We ship most orders in one-two business days (Monday-Friday). All orders placed before 2:00pm Eastern Standard Time will typically ship same day. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or U.S. Holidays.

U.S. Shipping & Handling

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Los Angeles and typically take from 1-7 days. If you need your item by a certain date, we always recommend upgrading to a shipping method which has a guaranteed delivery date (such as UPS 3 Day). For more details, please see our shipping page located here. For all other orders standard shipping is $7. Expedited is available for an additional cost.

International shipping is available.

We ship to most international destinations but if you would like to purchase and do not see your Country listed at checkout, please email customer care to make shipping arrangements. Please note, we are not responsible for any Duties or Taxes.

We will gladly exchange your item for you or offer you store credit. Shipping both ways are free for US customers only. We do not offer international exchanges at this time, refunds only.

Please pack all items in an appropriate shipping box or reuse the original packaging. Please use the notes fields to let us know the new item, including style number, color, and size.

Returns:

We will gladly accept returns and exchanges on merchandise purchased only on this site and within 30 days of the date received. The returned item must be in its original packaging and must NOT HAVE BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method only. There will be a $10 shipping/handling fee on all returned items, excluding exchanges and store credit.

If you choose store credit, we will provide you with an extra 10% bonus added to your credit amount.

While we do our best to send you perfect merchandise, we're not perfect and occasionally a damaged item is sent out. If you receive a damaged item, please contact customer care immediately and include a photo so that we may assess the damage and quickly resolve the issue.

Electric & Rose merchandise purchased from other retailers must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailers.

Items marked as SALE may not be returned.
